There is no return or refund policy. A device cannot be returned once it has been sold; if there is a technical problem with it, we replace it with a new one. The warranty period is one year from the date of device purchase and device key activation. If the "warranty void" sticker is tampered with, removed, and reapplied, your device may be out of warranty.
